She is most known for playing Gladys the DMV demon on the CW supernatural drama television series Reaper and Delores Herbig on the Showtime comedy-drama Dead Like Me. She is renowned for playing Granny Goodness in the CW television series Smallville.
On the television program The X-Files, Willes additionally performed the recurrent character of government counselor Agent Karen E. Kosseff. She also plays Gladys, a demon from Hell who works in the DMV, in a minor recurring role on The CW’s Reaper.
